Suggestion: Return of the Starter Packs!

I know a good portion of people didn't purchase some of the starter packs and are regretting it (myself included). I think one day a month or something like that the starter packs should return! Not only would this help people who didn't buy them who had the chance, but also help the people who we're never given the option.
