So it appears we are locked out.

Mine got stuck there. I force closed the app, waited a minute, restarted, and finally got to Loading Cantina, and now it's dowloading the assets in-game.

I have not had much luck with an open game client restart. Close and force close the app then reopen. Seems to work just fine.
