Not Receiving Ability Material Omegas

A guild member of mine and I never received our Ability Material Omega drops from the daily Ability Materials Challenge - Tier VI. I also noticed that I never received my Ability Material Omega from completing yesterday's Daily Activity Rewards. Is there any possible way for us to be compensated for this? My player ID is 523-885-217 (if that helps).

Your aren't guaranteed omegas from the ability mat challenges. It's just a possible drop.

For the daily omega you need to contact support through the in-game help button in the menu.
