Error 106 re-start required

At least 8-10x since mods 2.0 rolled out, I have had this happen. Always when trying to load an arena battle or TB mission. I have tried all self-help tips provided with no improvement. As you can see, I was told to post here so DON'T MOVE MY POST ANYWHERE!!
