Missing gear from rewards

This is the first time I have noticed this. The Sith raid (tier 5) rewards showed I was getting a fully crafted mk 6 merr sonn thermal detonator. I collected the rewards but the gear piece has not been added to my inventory. How do I go about getting that gear that I was supposed to get?

I have restarted the app, given almost an hour now to show up. Still nothing. I dont know what the other salvage pieces were that I was supposed to get because I was focused and excited to get that piece. I did get the guild store tokens and such though.

you can contact EA Help through the in game help menu. they can look at your account and the rewards you recieved.

I did. They said it's a bug. But instead of adding the gear piece that costs 1400 crystals to my account they "compensated" me with 200 crystals for my "bad experience."
