General Grievous (ΦΞΔ Rework)
Dark Side - Droid - Separatist - Attacker

Basic - Overpowering Strike (6880-7620) [Omega 76]
Deal Physical damage to target enemy. This attack has a 20% chance to Stagger for 1 turn. Debuff chances doubled for each of the following: target is Galactic Republic, [the target is staggered,] General Grievous has less than 100% Health, General Grievous has used Tactical Retreat. This attack can't be Countered.

Special - Whirlwind Assault (3620- 4100) [Omega 80]
5 turn cooldown
[General Grievous Dispels all debuffs on himself and gains Protection Up (20%) for 1 turn.] Deal Physical damage to all enemies with a 35% chance each to inflict Blind, Daze, Damage Over Time, Healing Immunity, and Health Down for 1 turn. For each non-critical hit, reduce this ability’s cooldown by 1.

Special - Sinister Laugh [Omega 78]
3 turn cooldown
If General Grievous has 100% health, 25% chance for each buff on an enemy to dispel it, then target enemy gains Taunt for 2 turns. [This Taunt can’t be resisted or dispelled.] Otherwise General Grievous gains [50% Turn Meter] and a new Special ability "Tactical Retreat". Tactical Retreat: Grievous retreats from battle. All allies gain 100% turn meter. Target enemy gains Deathmark. This ability starts on cooldown.

Special - Tactical Retreat
2 turn cooldown
General Grievous Retreats from battle. All enemies lose 100% Turn Meter. Target enemy gains
Deathmark and Critical Hit Immunity for 1 turn. This ability starts on cooldown and can't be resisted.

Leader - Supreme Commander of the Droid Army [Zeta 82]
All allies gain 5% Health Steal, Accuracy, and Potency. Whenever an ally begins their turn, they lose 2% Critical Chance and gain 2% Offence and 2% Speed for the rest of battle. These values stack and are doubled for Separatists as well as for Droids.
[Whenever another Separatist Droid ally dies, they have a 25% chance to Revive with 1 Health, 20% Protection and they gain Retribution for 1 turn. This Revive chance is increased to 100% the first time another Separatist Droid ally dies. This Revive can’t be prevented.]

Unique - “Delegation” [Zeta 84]
Whenever General Grievous takes damage from an enemy’s attack, each ally has a [25%] (10%) chance to be called to Assist.
Whenever an enemy is defeated, if General Grievous has retreated, he returns with full Health and Protection, otherwise each other ally gains Defence Penetration for 2 turns.

Maybe on his Whirlwind Assault have him maybe do double damage if he scores a critical hit so that he doesn't just gain buffs whenever he doesn't score a critical hit.

    look at his leader ability

every turn he loses 8% crit chance, and since he wont be critting later on it lets him use whirlwind assault on a much reduced cooldown; if theres 4 enemies and he doesnt crit, he can use it every turn.

    yeah boi
also note that his leadership is super cool (its true) and reflects his shoving droids to fight his battles mentality, they all just shoot faster but less accurate so they dont crit but still do dmg cause of all the shooting pew pew

as an example this is the droideka that is supposed to go with him (his lead)
    Droideka (ΦΞΔ Conversion)
Dark Side - Separatist - Droid - Tank
Basic - Repeating Twin Blasters 2000-2500 [Omega 76]
Deal Special damage to target enemy. [If it is Droideka’s turn, for each time Droideka has attacked this turn, deal bonus damage equal to 1% of the target’s Max Protection.] If this attack scores a non-Critical hit, attack again. Droideka loses 20% Accuracy (stacking), or if it doesn’t have Protection Up; 100% Accuracy, until the end of this turn.
Special - Deflector Shield Generator [Zeta 82]
    [10] (15) turn cooldown
Droideka gains Protection Up (30%) for each living ally [and Taunt]. When it loses this Protection Up, it [loses Taunt and] gains 100% Turn Meter.
Special - Wheeled Repositioning [Omega 78]
    1 Turn Cooldown
Droideka dispels all buffs and debuffs from itself, then gains Defence, Evasion, and Speed Up, 50% Turn Meter, and [+150] (+100) Speed until it loses a buff. While Droideka has Protection Up, the cooldown of this ability is set to max and can’t be reduced.
Unique - Destroyer Droid [Omega 80]
Whenever Droideka scores a non-critical hit, reduce the cooldown of Deflector Shield Generator by 1.
[Droideka has +50% Resistance while it has Protection Up.]
Droideka gains 1% Accuracy (stacking) for the rest of the battle, when attacking an enemy with no protection that it has already damaged.
