I don't have him, I don't run a First Order team, this is not about asking for a buff, this is just about things that don't make no kinda sense.

He's middle management.
Kylo Ren nominally leads the entire First Order and doesn't have a leadership ability.

Obviously, but not officers. Hence the post.

There are lots of heroes that don't have lightsabers...but if a Jedi didn't have one, that information would be irrelevant.

Just give him "First Order allies gain +50 Defense and other allies gain half that amount" -- that's what every other generic Leader has, and it's literally the worst stat in the game to buff, so it would have absolutely no effect on the game/balance whatsoever.
