question about thrawn ultimate vs TFP foresight

TFP was the last opponent's ship standing I used thrawn's ultimate and he dodges through foresight? Am I misreading the instant defeat part?

It does not say "this cannot be evaded" so yeah, it can be evaded.

It's always worked through foresight for me, whenever ITF was the primary target.

Maybe you are right, but I swear it's wiffed on ITF more than once for me, so I never target him anymore.

If using Thrawn, I would always target ITF or HT with that ultimate. I've never seen it dodged. It's not a normal damaging attack.

I've had my ITF dodge vs Chimaera ultimate yesterday, so it is doable. Think you need it to happen due to foresight, and not an ordinary dodge, though

I've never seen it avoided.

If it did I'd be mad, because Tarkin's can't be avoided, even though it makes sense to be able to dodge it.

Never been able to dodge it for a year. If you can it is something newish
