Isolate used to stop sion from reviving. Since the patch he is reviving while isolated. Is this how it was supposed to be? Or is it broken now?

Seems like its random actually. 2/3 times he has revived, once he stayed dead.

If he’s killed by a DOT or something similar at the beginning of his turn he will revive. Isolate only prevents positive effects outside of his turn. The DOT does damage during his turn so he revives
