Hoarders are killing intrigue, arenas (squad and fleet) spot asignment at lvl 0 is needed!
Squad arenas' top-50 is always full of hoarders who make 40+ lvl in one day and compete for top spots only with each other.
Guilds are full of 27lvl **** who collect half of Guild store (or even more) and start at 28lvl with 10k+ energy, full 7* characters from Guild store, marque characters and fleet of last 2-3+ months and bunch of crystals from daily entering the game.
It should be stopped! Just asign arena spot for any account in the very begining of the game when the game just started and it will become much more equal and fair for ALL players.
