No namens displayed on contribution table of a Raid

Hi there
A guildmate of mine is reporting that for her it is not possible to see who is registered for an ongoing raid. It’s also impossible for her to see who contributed to a finished raid. The first time the table is opened everything is displayed correctly. But the second time the names disappear. Watch this:
Looking on a raid during the registration phase after it has been started:
Looking on a finished raid that has been completed for the first time:
Looking on the same finished raid the Second Time a des seconds later:
Plattform: iPhone / iOS
The game was uninstalled and reinstalled already.
Any suggestions on that?
