Not receiving rewards in the special in P5 and P6

Like the tittle says me and all my guild, we haven't received the rewards for the special battles in Hoth in P5 and P6.
We are the guild "Consejo Supremo".
And I have a screenshot where you can see that one member of our guil has completed 2 special battles in P5. How can ocurr that?

Did they say they won, or are you going by the counter on the map? The counter just shows attempts, it does not say how many people actually beat it.

Yes. I know. But you can make only one try.
36 people has make a try, I have completed it and at least 25 more too. And no rewards.......

Ah, it sounded like only one person completed and it wasn't you. If you completed it yourself then yeah you should be getting rewards!

I didn't receive rewards for tier 6 special mission either and completed it. Got the overall rewards for stars though.
