Inconsistency in mythic event rewards, etc...

Anyone else curious why one event rewards a few zetas, another omegas, another just shards and tenacity mods? I wish the game could do some sort of check against what you require and increase your odds of getting those shards maybe instead of just exchanging all the shards from all three levels yet I need two toons within the reward range.

So, they can’t go back and adjust rewards. They have never done that before (sarcasm)
