How do you create a survey type form?

How do you create a survey type form on SWGOH website? I’ve seen people do surveys where you can see the percentages of people that would prefer this over that and I’d like to learn how to do that.

When you create a discussion, it should give you the option to make a new discussion or a new poll. Choose new poll to start a survey.
