No, to me that seems way too short. To me a couple of months, up to a year seems reasonable.

Maybe @CG_SBCrumb would be willing to share how long it takes the dev team to make a character.

character creation is about a month, with bug fixing about 6 months. then play testing for another couple of months. last time i was in on that type of thing before apps.
