Other players mods not always viewable while tapping on them anymore

This problem of not being able to tap and see others mods, has been occuring for awhile, perhaps since mods 2.0.
Are the developers aware of this?
Would like to know when this will be fixed, with a patch, or upgrade to the interface or what not.

I've reported it on Answers HQ and they've confirmed it's a glitch.

Only happens on 5-dot Tier A/Gold mods.

Thanks Vendi, wasn't aware it was only on 5-dot Tier A/Gold mods.
Today, tapping around noticing some improvement, the mods are viewable.
Have you tried, any difference as well?

Yeah I've tried on numerous allies/Guild mates, no luck on Gold mods. Everything else you can click on, including 6-dot. Go figure.
