I do not know where the verbage is found. Maybe someone can point..me to it.

Anytime a ship has target lock on it and another target lock is applied it receives a dot effect.

Phantom applies TL but no dot.

Is it just vader that applies the dot?

I am not clear on the.mechanics.

If you attack with Vader’s basic on a ship that is already target locked it applies 2 DoT’s
