A bug didnt let me participate and we lost

I got an issue the last territory war, in which I couldnt enter to assing a team for deffense or attack, and we lost the battle because of that. I oppened a case and EA the only thing they ended up telling me is that "it should fix itself for the next territory war.... sorry" AND WE LOST!!!! AND I DIDNT GET ANYTHING BECAUSE I COULD NOT PARTICIPATE
