Enforcement (BASIC)

Deal Physical damage to target enemy which can't be Evaded or Countered. If this attack scores a Critical Hit, reduce the target's Critical Chance and Critical Damage by 5% until the end of the encounter.

Security Operations (SPECIAL) - Cooldown: 4

Dispel all debuffs on all allies and all buffs on all enemies. For each buff dispelled, enemies lose 5% Turn Meter and Empire allies gain buffs for 2 turns based on their role:
- Attacker: Stealth and Critical Chance Up
- Support/Healer: Speed Up and Tenacity Up
- Tank: Taunt and Critical Hit Immunity

Mole Hunt (SPECIAL) - Cooldown: 3

Stun target enemy for 1 turn, which can't be resisted, and call target other ally to Assist. If the target ally is Empire, this attack ignores Defense and Protection and deals 30% more damage if the target enemy is buffed.

Head of Imperial Security Bureau (LEADER)

Empire allies have +50% Tenacity and gain Defense equal to their Tenacity Percentage. While Yularen is active, Empire allies are immune to enemy Dispels and recover 5% Protection whenever they gain a buff.

Perceptive Observer (UNIQUE)

Yularen is immune to Critical Hits and Exposes. In addition, Empire allies ignore Stealth and gain 15% Turn Meter whenever they attack a Stealthed enemy.
