Best NS squad for HSR?

I have zVentress (rampage), MT, Daka, Zombie and Acolyte but want to start focusing my NS team more on heroic sith raid which my guild will hopefully start soon.

My understanding is that I need to put a zeta on Ventress's leadership? Any other recommended zetas?

Also I hear Acolyte is not the best and should be replaced by either Taila or Spirit? Which is preferred?

For p3 use MT zeta lead with spirot/NI as your fifth.
For p4 use Asajj zeta lead with Talia as your fifth.
