I have question about Geonosians.
I wonder if it is worth putting omegas on their character's skills and if that would impact their performance in fleet arena battles?

It should make their ships slightly faster if you give them their omegas.

And it improves some of the other ship stats, in addition to speed. Essentially, as the character's power goes up, so does the ship's power, and its stats. If you're going to use the Bugs as your Fleet Arena starting lineup, then you definitely want to max all of their abilities, as well as gear and Mods.
