Mother Talzin question

I'm getting close to 7* Talzin through the hard node and the event. And I was wanting to know if I'll be able to keep her 10 shards away from being 7* till the next event and not miss out on zetas.

Pretty much want to know if you can do both tiers on the same day

You can only do the 2nd tier once a day, so you should be fine.
