Is there any way to access guild chat

So for the whole time I’ve been playing SWGOH I have been unable to access guild chat or change my name, which I assume is because I didn’t specify my age. Are there any solutions to this?

If using a young age account there's no way to access in—game chat. You can work around this by using a 3rd party application. Perhaps you can contact your guild mates through these forums to set up using it or to receive a link to their existing server.

There's also a way of triggering the 'first-time user experience' during which you'll be able to specify your age and thus gain full functionality. It varies depending on whether you're on android/ios but a quick Google should hopefully find you what you're looking for.
