Server problems are messing up my guild in TB

My connection is perfectly fine, but as soon as I clicked, the INSTANT I clicked to start battle, it does this. It did the SAME THING when I tried to make an arena attack 2 days ago. The stupid game counts it as an attempt even though I literally didn't even get to see the battle load. This is costing me crystals and it could cost my entire guild crystals if we miss a star, it's going to be a close phase for us. This shouldn't be happening to begin with. Every time I am about to start something important, it immediately comes up. Why?!?
