Speeds are ok on everyone except Hera. She should be around 160+ ideally. Your gear levels are fine (higher than I used to 7*). More speed is always great but you're in the ballpark for speed @ your gear level.

Try and put a Potency pair on Zeb with a Potency cross. You'll want him up over 60%, ideally 70% so he's inflicting daze and converting it to stun every time he hits.

You'll be calling him every time with Hera and Ezra to stack stuns.

Other than that it looks good.
