If somebody requests to join you can accept or deny them. You can invite from your ally list and both of your arena shards. Also can create a recruitment page here in the forums or on a 3 party chat site. Other than that all you can do is wait and see if people request to join your guild. I don't think you can physically add anybody you want if that's what you're asking, they have to either request or accept an invitation. Hope this helps and game on. Oh and yeah under guild management there is a pending request tab where those will show up. Giving you a list of current request/invites and the accept/deny buttons are on the line of the gamer that is requesting and a cancel invite button for invites
