Trouble Logging into the Game - Error Code 3

Hi Holotable Heroes,

We are aware that some players are unable to enter the game due to an error since Grand Arena's Setup Phase started. We are investigating the accounts of several of the impacted players and are looking to resolve this as soon as possible. I will share more details as we get them.

  • We believe we have found the fix for the issue which appears to have been affecting less than 1% of players. It will take approximately 2 hour to deploy to all servers and allow all affected players to re-enter the game with 20 hours remaining in the Grand Arena Setup Phase.
