Entire guild missing DSTB special mission rewards

Our entire guild never received our GET from Chimera special mission and our IPD shards from special mission. we all out in tickets so ea help but they have been beyond helpless. I have 4 emails from ea stating I received my chimera awards ( I did from the legendary event for his ship) but ea help Is incompetent. and have never played this game. I even uploaded screen shots etc. I am losing hope an no idea how to get these rewards. Our guild needs the GET so we can progress to yoda/Wampa for HSTR.
