Why no grand arena

I 100% know i joined the grand arena. In fact i went in and looked at the map and noticed the 4 sections w one being for fleet. I am a 3 year player and know how to "join" i never miss TW or raids ect. I am extremely disappointed i wanted to play in this event!!
