Squad Management - add a "Use Character Once Only" toggle

Simple request, I would like a "use character once only" toggle added to the Squad Management Screen.

When enabled, within each tab, if a character has already been used in another squad they get highlighted in both squads.

Also, once a character has been used in a squad they drop to the bottom of the LHS list of all characters.

That would assist greatly when setting up a tab for TW, GA, as you can see that a character may have accidentally been used twice, and once they are used they drop down.

I've now got about 15 active squads, and some are mix and match, so it can get complicated, and with the less important squads its sometimes hard to remember who I still have to use.

Oh, we need a fleet management tab also, but can see that's already been requested elsewhere!
