fake ally character support

me and my wife tend to play this game on a daily basis we are completely hooked, but i have noticed the shadyness on behalf of the games setup to make you invest money in order to progress at a desired rate, we have noticed the game has been giving us fake support characters as you may see above in the picture. The game is givin me a low damage caliber ventress thats supposed to be from my wife, heres the catch my wife doesnt have a ventress and has much more powerful characters . What is the point of having allys if they are going to throw in phony randoms in the roster here and there? Not saying it happens all the time but dont try to cheat me out of my ally list , has someone else experienced the same problem as me ?

I've noticed many fake accounts, fake stats, etc....they are in every shard, every (were) tournament, and every galactic war. Just note the ally codes in question and research that "account." It's never complete or accurate.
