Missing Mods in Sell Screen

I have been trying to sell mods to create space, but when I try to sell certain mods they do not appear on the sell screen although they appear in the previous mod screen. The filters are exactly the same but the mods fail to appear.

Check your loadouts. You can't sell a mod if it's part of a loadout.

Also I've noticed that if you just removed a mod and replaced it, both A - can't sell until it's all been confirmed and paid for, and B - sometimes need to leave the characters mod screen and re-enter to see the one you removed, and then sell.
