Gear level minimium fo 5 star c3po

I’ve got wicket 10 and Chief papaloo logray and elder at 8. All 5 star except elder at 10. What gear level do I need to complete tier 5. Thanks

I’m about the same and I’m going for 9 across the board and hoping, have a few days to get them there, except I’m using scout instead of wicket
