Make the expose bonus on C-3P0 activate once per turn, i.e. only one expose can be applied per rebel ally’s turn (including his). Gets rid of the issue and only affects C-3P0, rHan, and Leia

Or do what they did with Fracture and just have C-3POs abilities have a "raid boss" check with a modified outcome. It was obvious what Fracture's full effect would do to raids and I'm amazed they didn't do it with Isolate on Traya too.
