Full speed set and just another random set with as much speed secondaries i could...
I use him with cls so all i need from him is expose on basic to all and assist... Everityme someone resist a 3po debuff its 5% tm to all and its so good xD
Against traya the less debuffs u land the better, its more TM and they will cleanse anyway so... Against revan u rarely land debuffs too and they cleanse as well, so modding potency have not too mich sense.
Since he stealths quick mod full survivability dont either have much impact in the gameplay, just protecction in cross, circle and triangle is more than enough

Though still, i may say defence and tenacity but speed is the bedt way to go with him.

Lol ye but there are some chars that dont ususally run speed sets, like tanks, healers, big dps or whtever...

But c3po is an obvious choice for a 4*speed set mods and just two more random ones (better if they match, but not needed xD)

Modding: Speed with potency. Nothing else matters.

Speed and potency. He doesn't need health/protection since he has A LOT of it and he is almost constantly stealthed anyway. When his stealth is gone he still has 30% evasion with 3 stacks of Translation.

Speed (4), Health (2), with arrow/speed, triangle/protection, circle/protection, and cross/potency. Sub stats you want a combo of speed, potency, and protection. I have 98% potency without having potency mods

Lots of golden mods for Goldenrod. Speed set, potency set. Speed arrow, defense triangle, defense cross (prob should be pot, but don't have one that fits), protection circle. I tried to get as much health, protection, defense, tenacity, potency and speed as secondaries when selecting mods, but my speed set mods aren't the best so had to compromise a bit on some.
