Optimal timezone change

I have currently in my setting my daily activity reset at 3 AM.

What is the best time to replace it ?

How would anybody know that? It depends on your personal schedule. If you’re looking at it for arena purposes it depends on your shard and your time zone.

Not for arena. I m not in top 10 i m a normal player, with a normal schedule like most of people. For example at the moment i miss very often the last energy refresh because it is at midnight for me

So decide what time you want the last refresh to be, and however many hours earlier that is, set your reset to be the same number of hours earlier.

I set mine so my first bonus energy comes in when I wake. Arenas around lunch and last bonus around dinner. Someone more arena focused might want something much later.

This is my schedule too, and it has been wonderful. Pick up free energy just before work, climb arena on lunch/free energy, free energy when I leave work. Super convenient.
