Yesterday when entering my account as usual, out of nowhere, I missed a message that said my account is excluded for repeated infractions, I did not see any reason to indicate that "infringement" committed, I am really sorry and I have been playing swgoh for more than 3 years. EA's help told me to talk to @CG_Leviathan and send a message, but I'm new to the forums and I do not know how to send a message. Please help me

You should have an envelope icon in the top right corner of your screen, click that to open the PM section, and address your concerns to cg-leviathan there.

The envelope button you are looking for is on the bottom of the screen if you are using the mobile version of the site.
