guild leader and arena payout

Hello everyone!
I have a couple of simple questions:
1. if the guild leader changes her arena payout timezone does the rest of the guild have some repercussion (like changing daily refresh, or shipment refresh for example)?
2. if the guild leader leave the guild and pass the leadership to someone with different payout time, does also change the guild refresh?

The payout change doesn't affect any player except the one who did so, so the answers are no and no. And raid starting times aren't connected to that, the leader or an officer can decide on their own when they should start.
