I think this would be a cool character... in a new type of marquee event! (I'll post the idea for new marquee in a little bit)
First Order Riot Control Stormtrooper
Dark Side, First Order, Tank
Relentless First Order tank frequently stuns enemies and grants allies health and protection
Basic: Stunning Bash
Deal special damage to target enemy and stun them for one turn. If the target is already stunned, gain taunt and retribution for one turn
Omega
Special: Seize Control (Cooldown 4)
Dispel all buffs on target enemy and gain protection up (10%) for each buff removed. This protection can't be dispelled. Target First Order ally recovers 35% protection.
Omega
Unique: Slow the Mob: While First Order Riot Control Stormtrooper is active, First Order allies have 50% defense and recover 5% health when an ally scores a critical hit.

great kit idea maybe add something that enhances his potency, crit avoidence, or maybe offense
