Why are some Grand Arena threads being moved to the Grand Arena subforum but others aren't?

I'm bemused as to why only some Grand Arena threads are judged to be better suited in the Grand Arena subforum but other threads which are clearly only about the Grand Arena have been sitting in this main forum for days or more?

Can we have some sort of official ruling as to what gets moved and why? And conversely, what doen't get moved and why?

Its a new sub forum and we are working out the difference between general feedback and specific feedback. There are also some that are more startegy based with the 3v3 and we are trying to keep those up front to encourage the theory crafting.

This is new, these are the growing pains we go through.
