If you compare it only to tanks, on that database it looks like it's the highest basic when he's above 50% hp. When under 50%, some tanks deal higher basic damage (fives, FO ST, ...)
Then again he barely bring any utility or survivability to his team (only an unimpressive single target dispel), so it's only natural he has above average tank damage. His expose is a little too random and unreliable, but when the RNG favours you (and goes on the right target) it destroys stuff.

I played a battle earlier today with

Mace hit an offense up crit on expose for 11k !!!!!!

I was impressed, though takes too much set up.

I am trying to get it to happen again so I can get a pic.

physical damage 1215 (+31)
special damage 2062 (+31)

Just his turn. And only on a random enemy.

Would be nice if he exposed everyone

Mace when above 50% hits harder than most tanks with his basic. He also is on the same level as QGJ, lumi and Yoda's basic attacks. In my opinion, his basic is in a good place but the rest of his kit needs major work. His basic hits just as hard as his special when averaging out crits. My favorite idea to fix mace is to make shatter point and smite aoe. Everything else can stay the same. He should be the anti-Sidious.
