There have been 'a slew of issues' raised by players that have experiences problems with GA, and game crashes/freezes.
By itself not 'life threatening' and not really an eyebrow raiser. But the fact that each time the game 'misbehaves' you auto-loose a match is a VERY nasty side-effect that can have quite an effect on the overall event (and the scoring of the event)
So besides the fact that GA is not exactly my 'favorite event':
1) It is *VERY* collector-profile un-friendly event
2) Hi-lights just how OP some toons REALLY are
3) Heavily RNG dependent...
<- And you can have 'bad luck' in a match once in a while - But I've had QUITE a few matches where the RNG just 'wiped' me off the board...
... now you're on top of all this getting punished for 'issues' with the game...
And just to be clear:
- I'm not raising the 'app issue' as the problem here
Software has bugs - That's just a fact of life. So it *WILL* happen from time to time (Just as Murphy predicts all the time)
- The fact that you're getting 'punished' for the app issue is the real concern...

(And that is just from the 1st screen of the 'bug report' forum....)
The answer that is getting posed in the forums is also NOT really customer-friendly: 'Broken as designed' is not exactly a solution...
Q) Can this auto-loose situation please be revisited? And in case of a GAME-initiated problem become a no-op instead of an auto-loose?
