FTP item drop rates

Farm items drop +/- 7% & it was about twice that not 9 months ago. Y'all pandering to the p2p crowd & I understand you have to make some money but this is ridiculous. Your online help is about as useful as Rian Johnson is to the movie franchise & your blatantly obvious cash grab is everything that is wrong with video gaming today. If you sold the game outright with a feasible gear farm, then charge for additional dlc i would personally buy it since I do spend money on some bundles in-store but this? The thirst is strong in you, EA games.

No joke. I can routinely spend 350+ energy with 1 or 2 premium gear shards to show for it.

Par for the course, though people here will tell you that there is a 33% chance and you just have bad RNG.

Gear drop rate has been shown to be closer to 20%. Different than shards. But believe what you want.

Is there data to prove it has? Burden of proof lies with the one making the claim.

The data I saw is that drop rate does go down with rarity, the lowest being the aforementioned 20-ish percent, but I couldn't find the data for you right now.

That said, the statistics of large numbers means that a very bad run is a lot more likely than a very good run. So, notable events like a couple drops out of thirty will happen from time to time.

Use stores and raids to get the rare stuff.
