Changed the minimum drop on credit heist to 1.5 mil instead of 2.5... siiigh

It always was. I think 2.5 is just the most common result.

As Caesar said, the minimum on the highest tier has always been 1.5 million. Nothing has changed.

must have upped the percentage of 1.5 then cause i got it twice in a row

Nope. Always been there and still the same drop rate.
