Was armor penetration altered?

when I boosted my chewy to g12.5+, it was mostly due to him having the highest armor penetration in the game at the time, at 215. This is now definitely not the highest in game anymore according to the gg site. When did these stats get changed? Had to be in the last month or two..
Thoughts?

Spirit has always been at the top there, don't think Chewie has ever had the highest armor penetration in the game. Pretty sure he did have the highest physical damage stat in the game however.
