Ground War mythic Tier doesn't require level 85
I was able to give it a try at level 84 (but I of course I didn't get very far). And I'm not complaining. I didn't even expect to beat the bonus tier with my gear 8-9 Jedi 
It's just that the details read "Required Level: 85", which is apparently not the case.
