Expanding player ability to test toons during GA downtime

I was sitting here today wondering why only a select few are given access to test accounts? I propose during GA AND TW downtime, guilds be given the ability to set up “in guild” tournaments to practice, develop theory crafting, access to use toons we don’t use in Arena, etc. even 1v 1 practice would be fantastic. Give us the opportunity to explore toons we never use, because they either have no use in the meta, or wouldn’t immediately jump out as a possible good fit with other toons to the 99.5 % of players who have the time, (or a test account) to sit down and theory craft without the ability to test. If we are going to have the devs attempting to make us spend, or gear up toons for the OCCASIONAL inclusion with bonus’ in TW, give ya the tool to determine if we want to use them. Also, it would increase screen time and be a super fun idea. What do you all think?
