1. If too many people buy you, then their release candice breaks gets delayed up to 140 days.
2. If you are still top meta when you are supposed to return, you dont!
3. If too many will have you when you do return, you wont!
i do wonder which legendary/heroes|acient journey character doesn't fit into atleast one of those catagories, hypothetically pushing the 2nd go around to 140 days.
Also, how many people is too many? and how do you even know how many got the character in question first go around and/or will be able to get it on the 2nd go around?
As for revan, he definately fits in the 2nd catagory, definately not in the 1st catagory and it's a guessing game whether or not he fits in the 3rd.
It seems to me you're just describing CLS's release which isn't the same as revan's judged by the 3 catagories you chose.
