fairer GA Matchmaking

Hi,

I was doing my TB buiseness when I came to the point, where I garrisioned my troops to the teritories.
I thought:
instead of hitting "enter" when the GA starts, why not go and chose wich toons I want to bring with me to the GA. Same mechanic like I chose wich toons to garrision in TB. That would help everyone with CUP at G12 (or other toons like him) to leave their death weight at home.
You don t need to remove your mods to bring your GP down for GA and give them back to raise your GP for TB.
The mechanic is allready there, and it would take the GA a long road to more fairness.

May lead to some issues, lower players may end up bringing in more lower characters because they feel they need them, and an older player brings in less but stronger characters and they get matched, it doesnt end up being more fair.
