GA ranking

in GA i won my first 2 games and lost the last one. Then i ranked at 4th place.
I lost against the player who ranked 1st.
And the player who ranked 2nd was someone i beated at game 2.

I think it doesnt make sense. I should have ranked 2nd since i only lost against the player who ranked 1st.

It is like losing the final

The actual rank is irrelevent, you get rewards based on how many wins you get. 3 wins get 1st, 2 wins get you 2nd, 1 win gets you 3rd and obviously 0 gets you last. 2-4 all get the exact same rewards, 5-7 all get the exact same.

The win ratio gets you into the prize tier of 1-4, in tier 2 and 3 there will always be 3 players.

In tier 2 and 3 you are then organized by GP. It has nothing to do with wins and you are recieving the same rewards in your tier, it is just a visual position and nothing more.
